Why we made this program:
After treating thousands of knee replacements, we figured a few things out. We want to give patients a clear understanding of what the process will look like, and videos that demonstrate the exercises so there is no confusion. The paper print outs can be confusing, and if you're not doing the right exercises, your outcome will suffer. We want you to have the most range of motion and strength possible to get you back to doing what you love.
THIS PROGRAM DOES NOT SUBSTITUTE FOR PHYSICAL THERAPY. This is meant to be a guide to follow along with your therapist. Always follow what your physical therapist tells you first.
